The email design, logo and the confirm / cancel buttons stay the same – only the subject and text change.
Connect sends the clinic key to your Cloudflare server. It turns on the patient confirm / cancel page, replies every 15 minutes, and remote suspension from any device.
Suspending blocks clinic sign-in and shows “Subscription paused – contact CedarOS”. Patient data is never deleted. The clinic sees a warning 7 days before expiry.
Export this clinic’s setup (branding, messaging, hours, services – no patient data) and import it into a new copy for another clinic.

Patients, payments, settings and replies of each clinic are stored on the CedarOS server (Cloudflare D1), separated by clinic. X-ray files stay on the device that added them for now. Suspending a clinic signs it out on all its devices — data is never deleted.
